Join us for our invigorating and aerobic 60 minute Vinyasa (translates to “flowing with breath”) yoga sessions, ideal for any age and ability. Vinyasa, commonly referred to as “flow” yoga, is characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another seamlessly, using breath.  TMF yoga classes are designed to cultivate heat in the body with creative sequences involving sun salutations, standing and seated postures, back bending, arm balancing, and a strong focus on the power of breath awareness. We offer a variety of postures, music and themes, and no two classes are ever alike.
