At TMF, we take personalization to whole new level.  Taylor Made Training is a strategic solution to those participants who desire in-depth, personalized instruction while focused on your specific goals. With up to ten TMF classes offered throughout the day, this experience is shared among 1 to 10 other members.  Workouts are changed daily and include both strength and cardio options. Body fat analysis, weight, and measurements are taken in addition to a personal nutritional review and recommendations.
