Why TMF?

At TMF we offer a variety of classes including computerized Spinning®, Spinning® fusion, boxing, barre, TRX, Pilates, Yoga, Personal Training, Boot Camp, Kickboxing and myZone Training for all levels of fitness. Spinning® classes start at the beginner level to educate the participant about the importance of form and technique. TMF believes in setting each member up for success from the very beginning. Class size is limited to give each client a personal experience and to be able to offer any modifications necessary to ensure safety and quality.

Taylor-Made Fitness classes include:

  • the NEW private or small group myZone Training which monitors each person’s heart rate throughout the session to ensure each person stays within their target heart rate zone. This zone is specific for each individual and set by the trainer based on current fitness ability and goals. 
  • various cardio enhancing Spinning® classes with state-of-the-art Spinner® Blade Ion bikes equipped with Spinpower®, an onboard computer system that tracks each rider’s watts, heart rate, RPMs, distance and calories. Riders can also check their stats on our Performance IQ® electronic leader board system at the front of the class.
  • many full mind and body Yoga and Pilates workouts that burn calories, increase your energy and strengthen your core. 
  • a variety of unique, full body Strength training classes to challenge and satisfy any fitness and energy level.
